I am not claiming this recipe is the EXACT recipe you get in bbq nation. I made this recipe with my own taste. Ingredients
  • 2 cups corns I used 1 whole fresh corn here
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves optional
  • 2 spoon water
  • oil to deep fry corns
Instructions
  1. Take a large mixing bowl.

  2. wash and dry your corn kernels.

  3. add corn flour and rice flour.

  4. Add coriander powder.

  5. add red chili powder, turmeric powder and chat masala.

  6. sprinkle salt.

  7. add coriander leaves.

  8. mix it really well.

  9. heat oil in pan.

  10. gently put corns and deep fry it until golden brown on medium flame.

  11. serve immediately.

  • you can use canned corn. I am using fresh ones here

      The ingredients I have used for chat masala Especially in this recipe is, 1/4 tsp black salt ,1/4 tsp black pepper powder , 1/4 tsp dry mango powder ,1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder.. I just mix it up and used in this recipe. I stored the remaining chat masala in air tight container. It stays fresh for a month when refrigerated…
