Potato fries are one of the favorite recipes I grew up eating. Potato fries are THE BEST, easy-to-make, bomb recipe that will satisfy your tastebuds.
Hello, I mean childhood is incomplete without potato fries and Today I am sharing my mom's method to make potato fries. Do not get confused with McDonald's French fries as this recipe is purely homemade fries.
Ingredients
This recipe requires very simple ingredients.
Potatoes - I am using russet potatoes here.
Salt and your favorite spice mix - Salt and your favorite spice mix. You can even have it with plain salt but adding your favorite spice mix will enhance the taste.

How to make potato fries at home?
Cut potatoes into medium fries. You can peel the skin of potatoes or keep it.
Wash fries in ice-cold water and dry them on the kitchen towel.
Tip - You can use a paper towel to dry out your fries.
After drying it out, transfer it to a plate and sprinkle some cornflour to make it a little crisper.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.
Tip- you can air-fry or bake it too.
