- when they crackle add asafoetida.
- add ginger chili paste.
- add turmeric powder.
- add red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to your taste.
- mix it.

- cook the mixture 4 mins on high flame.
- sprinkle some coriander.
- serve hot.

- 1 cup potatoes ,boiled and diced, | 1 large
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon cumins
- a pinch of asafoetida
- 1 tbsp ginger chili paste
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon coriander powder
- salt to your taste
- ¼ cup water
- coriander leaves, garnishing
- 1 medium green chili, chopped
Instructions
- heat oil in pan.
- add cumins.

- add ginger paste.
- add green chili as well.
- add turmeric powder.
- add red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to your taste.

Notes
- add 1 teaspoon garlic paste if you like. I am avoiding it.
