transfer milk-powder, powdered sugar and corn flour in it.
also, add baking soda.
add melted butter and warm water.
whisk the mixture for a minute and make sure to avoid lumps.
heat a pan and transfer this batter in that.
cook this mixture for 2 minutes on medium flame. keep stirring else it will burn.
strain and cool it down.
store in air-tight container and refrigerate.

Do not cook the mixture for more than 2 mins as this mixture burns quickly.
continuously stir the mixture while cooking in order to avoid burning.
always use powdered sugar. just crush your regular sugar to a fine powder. use of whole sugar will affect the batter consistency.
Always use warm water because we are using milk powder here and it will melt easily in warm water. using cold water will generate lumps and milk powder will not melt easily.
