In a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and powdered sugar.
Add milk.
add water into bowl.
mix it very well. add melted chocolate.
make sure to avoid lumps.
Pour batter evenly into prepared muffin molds—filling each cup about ¾ of the way. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Mine took 15 minutes.
check with a toothpick, if it comes clean then your muffins are ready.
Place muffin molds on a cooling rack to cool for 30 minutes. Remove muffins from muffin mold and continue cooling on rack until completely cool, 1-3 hours.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
you can use coconut sugar instead of powdered sugar to make it more healthier.
you can use regular oats flour. please make sure to check the label "gluten-free" while purchasing GF oats.
If you have an OTG then preheat at 200C and then bake at 180C.check the muffins after 7-8 mins...
