schezwan dosa | how to make noodles dosa

sliced ,( cabbage, capsicum,beans)

dosa batter

butter
salt to taste

tomato catch up

schezwan sauce

onion
chopped

tomato
grated / puree
Instructions
boil your noodles first and keep it aside.
heat tava.
grease tava with wet cloth first.
add some oil.
gently spread dosa batter on Tava. spread it evenly.
spread some tomato catchup.
add sliced vegetables. boiled noodles on the dosa.
add tomato catch up and schezwan sauce.
add 1 spoon grated tomato OR tomato puree.
add some salt.
cover with lid.
cook the mixture for 5 mins on medium flame.
add some onions and mix.
cook for 2 min.
spread the noodles mixture evenly on dosa.
serve hot with
sambar
and chutney.
