pineapple ginger smoothie , how to make pineapple yogurt shake
If you are pineapple lover than you should never miss this recipe. This smoothie recipe is very simple and quick recipe with very few ingredients

Ingredients

fresh pineapple
diced
1
cup
yogurt
sugar to taste
1
inch
ginger
ice-cubes
optional
2-3
mint-leaves
optional
Instructions
take a mixture jar first.
add sugar, ginger, pineapple, mint leaves and yogurt.
crush it to a smooth paste.
add ¼ cup water if you found it very thick.
pour the smoothie into serving glass.
add some ice cubes.
serve chilled.
Notes
try to avoid ice cubes.
if you are having this smoothie after workout, avoid sugar. you can even avoid sugar if your pineapple is already sweet.
I have prepared pineapple crush first and then added whisked yogurt. you can follow the method of your choice.
