First, Roast your capsicum. To roast - heat pan and and roast capsicum on a medium flame. After few minutes, you will notice that the skin of the peppers started peeling off. Roasting pepper this way will give the smoky effect.
Remove the skin, and chop green pepper.
Take a bowl and transfer chopped pepper, yogurt, salt, jalapeños, cumin powder and sugar. mix it well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate it for an hour. serve chilled.
