plain white vinegar
OR Lemon Juice
Instructions
First measure white vingear or lemon juice properly.
Take a mixing bowl or cup and mix milk and vinegar together.
keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes and you will notice that your milk has curdled already.
Use this buttermilk in your next baking projects.

I used 3.25% milk here however you can use your choice of milk.
I have not tried this method with any dairy-free milk varieties yet.
You can store this buttermilk for 2 to 3 days in a refrigerator.
Use this buttermilk in your baking projects only. This buttermilk can not be replaced with your regular buttermilk for consuming directly.
