curry leaves
washed
2-3
nos
dry red chilies

tablespoon
oil
½
tablespoon
mustard seeds
1
tablespoon
chana dal
1
tablespoon
tamarind pulp
1
tablespoon
sugar
,adjust to your taste
salt to taste
Instructions
wash you curry leaves and keep aside.
heat oil in pan.
add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
add dry red chilies.
add chana dal and roast until golden brown.
add washed curry leaves.
add tamarind pulp.
add salt and sugar.
mix them well and cook for a minute.
transfer the mixture into a mixer jar.
crush to a smooth paste.
enjoy.
