Instructions
mix curd and sugar and keep aside.
take puri and make a hole at the center with the help of thumb.
stuff a teaspoon of boiled potato into each puris.
add curd.
add a teaspoon of green chutney into each puris.
add a teaspoon more tamarind chutney.
sprinkle and spread a generous amount of finely chopped onions over it.
also sprinkle and spread finely chopped tomatoes over it.
then sprinkle chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala.
furthermore, sprinkle black salt or salt to taste.
then sprinkle and spread handful of thin sev.
finally, top up with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
