hariyali paneer tikka recipe

Ingredients

fresh paneer

spinach leaves

green chilies
salt to taste

curd
1.5 tbsp
+ 1tsp
besan/gram flour

teaspoon
turmeric powder

teaspoon
red chili powder

teaspoon
coriander powder
1
teaspoon
garlic paste
other
some skewers

tablespoon
oil
for brushing
Instructions
take mixer jar first. add green chilies and ginger.
add mint leaves.
add spinach leaves and coriander.
crush to a smooth paste.
take a mixing bowl.
transfer the paste into the bowl.
add besan.
add some curd.
add salt to taste.
add garlic paste.
add coriander powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
mix it well.
add paneer cubes, onions to it.
mix well and marinate it for 30 mins to 2 hours.
gently place the paneer and other veggies on skewers.
place the tikkas on the tawa or directly on the flame.
brush some oil.
roast it and enjoy.

Notes
you can use capsicum and potatoes as well.
while roasting tikkas,brushing some oil on the tikkas will prevent tikkas from drying.
