Instructions
take a mixing bowl.
add condensed milk in it.
add cocoa powder.
add milk powder.
add
powdered oats /oats flour
.
add melted butter and mix.
add choco chips.
add milk and mix well.
take a portion of the mixture and prepare a medium size ball.
Repeat the process with remaining mixture.
enjoy.
