Ingredients

potatoes ,boiled and diced
| 1 large

tablespoon
oil
½
teaspoon
cumins
a
pinch
of asafoetida
1
tbsp
ginger chili paste
½
teaspoon
turmeric powder
¼
teaspoon
red chili powder
¼
teaspoon
coriander powder
salt to your taste
¼
cup
water
coriander leaves
garnishing

medium
green chili
chopped
Instructions
heat oil in pan.
add cumins.
when they crackle add asafoetida.
add ginger paste.
add green chili as well.
add turmeric powder.
add red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to your taste.
mix it.
add boiled and diced potatoes.
add water and mix.
cook the mixture 4 mins on high flame.
sprinkle some coriander.
serve hot.
Notes
add 1 teaspoon garlic paste if you like. I am avoiding it.
avoid garlic and turmeric powder if you are preparing this recipe as a fasting recipe
