1cupmix vegetablesparboiled ,carrot,beans and cabbage
salt to taste
2teaspoonred chili sauce
¼teaspoonsoy sauce
¼teaspoonwhite vinegar
1teaspoonginger paste
½teaspoongarlic paste
2tablespoonspring onions
apinch of black pepper powder
Instructions
heat oil in pan.
add ginger paste and garlic paste.
add spring onions.
saute it.
add parboiled mix veggies.
add red chili sauce.
add soy sauce.
add white vinegar and salt according to your taste.
cook the mixture for 3 mins.
add cooked rice.
mix well.
serve hot.
Notes
I soaked ½ cup basmati rice for 45 mins which turn almost 1.5 cups when cooked.
I parboiled my veggies in this recipe because I chopped them and requires some time to cook. you can use grated veggies as well. it will take around 3-4 mins to cook.
