Instructions
heat oil in a pan.
add cumins.
when they crackle add garlic.
add onions.
saute it.
add turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder.
add green peas.
add salt to taste.
add rolled oats and mix well.
add water.
bring the mixture to boil.
serve hot.
