Ingredients

cup
leftover dal
1.5
cup
whole wheat flour
½
teaspoon
oil
2
tablespoon
water
optional
ghee / oil
to roast paratha
Instructions
take a mixing bowl.
Add flour,dal and oil.
Mix all ingredients well. Knead dough well.
Add water if needed (in my case,dal is sufficient to make soft dough)
Cover dough with lid for 5 min.
take a small ball of dough .
Prepare round roti.
Heat tava.
roast paratha on medium flame.Apply oil/ghee on both side while roasting.
roast paratha on both side until golden brown.
Serve hot with raita.
