Garlic butter:

minced

maida/all purpose flour

whole wheat flour
salt to taste

sugar
powdered

teaspoon
baking soda

curd /yogurt

oil
water as per need
½ cup approx
water to grease naan
Moist cotton cloth
Instructions
first, take a mixing bowl and add butter, minced garlic and coriander in that. mix it well and keep it aside.
now, take a large mixing bowl add both the flour in bowl.
add salt to taste.
add baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar.
add yogurt.
mix it well.
add water as per your need and knead your dough well.
add oil and again knead your dough well.
cover your dough with a moist cloth and allow it to set for an hour at least.
after an hour, take a portion of dough and make a medium size bal.
prepare oval shape medium thick roti.
heat tawa.
grease your naan with water on one side only.
Gently place naan on hot tava. (make sure that grease side is down).
spread garlic butter on naan.
cook naan on medium flame.
serve hot.
add butter at the time of serving.
