salt to taste

to boil noodles

oil
to boil noodles

teaspoon
soy sauce

tablespoon
schezwan sauce
Instructions
First, prepare your noodles. and chop your vegetables and keep it aside.
to boil noodles, take non stick kadai and boil water.
Add salt and oil into boiling water.
Add noodles and boil them for 5 min on high flame. boil your noodles until soften.
Drain noodles and wash it in running water.keep it aside.
now, Heat oil in nonstick pan.
Add garlic,ginger and onion. Saute it for a while.
Add chopped vegetables ,soy sauce, salt and schezwan sauce.
Mix well.
Cover your pan with a lid and cook veggies for 2 mins on medium flame.
Now remove the lid and toss it on high flame for light burning flavor.
Add boiled noodles and mix well.
cook noodles for 2 min on high flame.
Serve hot.
