Kadai paneer restaurant style dry recipe
Kadai paneer is the recipe for food lovers who like their paneer in chatpatta spicy masala.

for Masala

fresh coriander powder OR coriander seeds

red chillies

cumins

red chili powder
for kadai Paneer:
1
cup
malai paneer
diced
1
medium
onion
diced
1
small
capsicum
diced

medium
tomato
finely chopped

tablespoon
oil

tablespoon
butter
salt to taste
Instructions
preparing masala:
take a nonstick pan and put all ground spice together expect red chili powder.
dry roast the masala.
Once it leaves its aroma.Turn off the flame.
Add red chili powder and transfer the spices into mixture jar.
crush it and make a powder.
keep it aside.
for kadai paneer:
Heat Oil in nonstick Kadai.
gently put onions and fry onions until golden brown.
Now fry capsicum and paneer until golden brown.
keep it aside.
now in the same pan Add sliced onions and chopped tomatoes.
cook them until soft.
Transfer cooked tomato and onion in mixture jar.Blend
it to a smooth paste.
Heat butter in nonstick pan. once the butter is hot enough ,add blended paste and saute it.
add the masala powder we prepared before and mix well.
Cover the pan with lid and cook for 5-6 mins.
Add salt and fried
paneer,capsicum
and onions.
Mix well.
Serve hot.
