Vegetable Hakka Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 pack Hakka Noodles, or 200 gms
- 3 medium spring onions , chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetable (carrots,cabbage,beans), chopped
- 5-6 nos garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- salt to taste
- 3 cups water, to boil noodles
- 1 teaspoon oil, to boil noodles
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
Instructions
- First, prepare your noodles. and chop your vegetables and keep it aside.
- to boil noodles, take non stick kadai and boil water.
- Add salt and oil into boiling water.
- Add noodles and boil them for 5 min on high flame. boil your noodles until soften.
- Drain noodles and wash it in running water.keep it aside.
- now, Heat oil in nonstick pan.
- Add garlic,ginger and onion. Saute it for a while.
- Add chopped vegetables ,soy sauce, salt and schezwan sauce.
- Mix well.
- Cover your pan with a lid and cook veggies for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Now remove the lid and toss it on high flame for light burning flavor.
- Add boiled noodles and mix well.
- cook noodles for 2 min on high flame.
- Serve hot.
