It is very easy to assemble sev-puri.All you need is,

  • Puris or papdies – crispy fried puries
  • Green chutney – Spicy chutney made from coriander and mint.
  • Tamrind chutney – sweet and tangy chutney
  • Red chutney -[optional] garlic chutney
  • Veggies – boil potatoes, chopped onion and tomatoes.

And you are done.

You need to serve sev-puri immediately after assembling otherwise your Puri will become soggy.

I recommend you to prepare chutney one day before. It will save your time. you can make as many variations of stuffing according to your liking. I have shared Panipuri and dahi papdi chaat recipe here on the blog. there is a basic tutorial on how to make puri for panipuri.
