I have tasted this recipe in the local pune streets and they serve this dosa with the south indian chutneys only. I often serve this noodles dosa with south Indian sambar and chutney.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup boiled noodles approx
  • 1/2 cup mix vegetables sliced ,( cabbage, capsicum,beans)
  • 1 cup dosa batter approx
  • 1 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon butter
  • salt to taste
  • 2 spoons tomato catch up
  • 1 spoon schezwan sauce
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 medium tomato grated / puree
Instructions
  1. boil your noodles first and keep it aside.

  2. heat tava.

  3. grease tava with wet cloth first.

  4. add some oil.

  5. gently spread dosa batter on Tava. spread it evenly.

  6. spread some tomato catchup.

  7. add sliced vegetables. boiled noodles on the dosa.

  8. add tomato catch up and schezwan sauce.

  9. add 1 spoon grated tomato OR tomato puree.

  10. add some salt.

  11. cover with lid.

  12. cook the mixture for 5 mins on medium flame.

  13. add some onions and mix.

  14. cook for 2 min.

  15. spread the noodles mixture evenly on dosa.

  16. serve hot with sambar and chutney.
