Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup white chickpeas boiled
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 nos garlic cloves
  • 4 black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp corinder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • olive oil for topping
  • chili flakes optional
Instructions
  1. take a mixer jar first.

  2. transfer boiled chickpeas into that.

  3. add garlic cloves.

  4. add black peppercorns.

  5. add some cumin.

  6. add fresh coriander leaves.

  7. add some salt and tahini paste.

  8. crush to a smooth paste.

  9. transfer to a serving bowl.

  10. add some olive oil on the top.

  11. sprinkle some chili flakes.

  12. serve with falafel and pita bread.

  • you can add lemon juice as per your taste.
