Tomato methi pulao recipe with step by step photos:- Tomato methi pulao is very easy recipe to make.It is not only easy recipe but it is very healthy too.This is a power-pack recipe with rich vitamin C and iron. As we know that tomato is a source of vitamin C. Methi or fenugreek leaves are also a good source of both- iron and vitamin C. It has a high amount of fiber too.Methi leaves also helps in controlling sugar level and cholesterol.
Overall this is a recipe with mild spices so i can say, It is a perfect kids lunchbox recipe. I have captured the pics along with my Dal pakhtooni. But this recipe goes best with any raita and dal that has mild flavor like dal banajari , dal tadka , Gujarati moong dal , lasooni dal ,Moth dal.
