Turmeric milk is quite easy recipe.It is remedy and works best while suffering from cold.It is known as " haldi ka doodh" in hindi.I wanted to share this recipe immediately after preserved turmeric😟. but you might noticed that i was not much active for past few days.Finally all the work has done from myside and i am ready to come back to my blogging life.

Recipe Details for making turmeric milk below:

  Recipe haldi ka doodh-how to make turmeric milk

 Prep Time : 0 min | Cook Time :5 min | Total Time : 5 mins
Main Ingredient : milk | Serves : 1 cup  | Cuisine : indian
Ingredients:
  •  milk - 1 cup
  • salt - to taste [optional]
  • preserved turmeric - 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
    Method/Assembling: 
    1. take a pan and boil your milk for 5 mins or make it warm.
    2. transfer milk in bowl or keep milk in same pan.it is your choice.
    3. add turmeric preserve and black pepper powder.
    4. Add salt and mix well.
    5. serve hot.
      Note:
      • i don't like sugar in my turmeric milk so i am not adding it. turmeric preserve has sufficient amount sugar already.

        1. If you are using fresh, use 0.5 tsp to 3/4 tsp as the fresh turmeric has very strong flavor...
