While preparing content for a blog, i always focus on my mommy's recipes first😁 and this recipe came in my mind.
Some restaurant makes really good soups and i love little bit thick.The taste of the soup has been vary from sour to sweet. Some of makes this tomato soup very thin just like tomato rasam but i like to have it little bit thick.
As i have told, i am following my mommy's method here. I don't like onions in this tomato soup. please do not avoid garlic because it works as the main ingredient.
I am also using corn flour slurry to give thickness to the soup. hope you will like the recipe.
Key notes while preparing soup,
- always use fresh tomatoes.
- I am not using onions in this soup but you can use it if you like
- Always blanch tomatoes as i am following my momy's method.
- Do not use cream.
- Use fresh mint leaves to enhance the taste of the soup.
