leftover dal paratha recipe with step by step photos - As the recipe name suggest, This is a leftover recipe. leftover dal paratha is perfect when you want to use your leftover dal. Just like you , i also throw dal which is left from the last night dinner but i have a delicious option. make delicious parathas out of it and serve it with any raita of your choice. A little creativity will turn the left over dal into something really delicious!🙊

I have recently shared restaurant style dal-fry recipe on blog. I have some leftover and i immediately decided to make this paratha for our break-fast.😛
This recipe turned out very well for me.

I have used very thick dal here (dal-fry is thick in consistency) but still there s no need of water to knead the dough.
Overall, this dal-paratha is very easy and very quick recipe if you have some leftover dal.
