I have specially prepare homemade paneer to make this recipe and i have already shared recipe here.
The version i am going to share today is restaurant style.Paneer is stuffed with some green paste originally but i have used red tomato base paste here.
If you run out of time, You can directly shallow fry paneer slices without stuffing.Or you can even make paneer tikki.
The gravy is quite simple and easy to make and it has very delicate flavor of cardamom and cinnamon.
This paneer pasanda goes best with jeera rice, dal and paratha.
