Heyyaaa foodies,
Here comes one of my most favorite remedy recipe. This Kahva is my HG recipe when me or mr. husband suffering from cold or fever. This kahva recipe is the one which serves in my home town also. All the simple ingredients are used and works best in cold.

I have used Ginger , Mint leaves , lemon and black pepper here.
Lemon is used to detox all the toxins from body,helps to improve digestion.
Mint leaves has one of the highest antioxidant capacities of any food.
Black pepper has antibacterial property and it helps to reduce the virus of flu.
Ginger is powerful cancer fighter and also fight against flu virus.

  Recipe simple kahva -how to make instant kahva

Prep Time :15 min
Cook Time :5 min
Total Time :20 min

Serves :1 cup
Cuisine : Indian

  • Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Ginger,grated - 1 tsp
  • black peppercorns - 8-10 nos
  • Salt to taste
  • water - 1.5 cups
  • Lemon juice - as per your taste
    1.  Groundly crush black peppercorn,ginger and mint leaves together and soak it in water for 15 mins.
    2. Boil that water for 5 mins and add salt.
    3. turn off the flame and lemon juice.
    4. Strain it .
    5. Serve hot.
