Happy Janmashtami all of you..May lord krishna gives you strength, happiness and wealth.
It is  krishan jayanthi today. Yeah it is lord krishna's birthday today and the celebration has started.
I am sharing one very easy recipe which is perfect treat for your fasting. "Vrat ki puri and potato subji". The puri is made from Rajagira or Amaranth Flour and potato curry process is quite simple.

I love this puri and subji because crispy puri goes the best with little sweet alu curry. My mom used to make this in ramnavmi as there is a fast on that day as well.I am missing my home a lot today :( ..
This recipe requires Rajgira atta OR Amaranth flour which you can get easily from any indian grocery stores. The rest of the ingredients are very common .
