This Whole wheat mathry is spicy ,crunchy and salty in taste.The flavor of Fresh cumins is enough to drive you crazy. This mathsris becomes my family favorite and even my friends liked it too. Salty mathris and ginger tea is World's BEST combo according to me.

Cornflakes chevda,Nankhatai and mathris are the most common snack made at mommy land during janmashtami.
Coming back to this Wheat Masala Mathris, Namkeen Mathris are originally from north india-punjab.It is quite popular in allover india and abroad.
I love this recipe because it is purely made whole wheat flour which make these mathris bit healthier.
You can even bake this mathris but i didn't tried baked version yet.
