Those who don't know what Laddus are,Laddu or laddoo are ball-shaped sweets popular in the Indian Subcontinent. Laddus are made of flour, minced dough and sugar with other ingredients that vary by recipe. They are often served at festive or religious occasions.
I tried this simple recipe at initial. There are mainly 3 methods of making besan Ladoos.The method i am going to share today is very easy and perfect method for beginners.
In this method, Gram flour is roasted first in clarified butter OR Ghee until nutty flavor.sugar and other ingredients are added afterwards.I am not Adding Any dryfruits in these laddu because i like it plain.You can add chopped almonds and cashews according to your liking.
While making besan ladoo,It is very important to roast gram flour/Besan properly otherwise you will not like the raw taste of gram flour.
