 Mysore Masala Dosa- Very easy and popular break fast recipe
Hey yaaa foodies,
How are you doing???hope you are doing good.
I am sharing one of very popular indian- South indian break-fast recipe today-Mysore Masal dosai. It is proved that idli-sambar and dosa sambar are light break-fast you can have in morning.
There are two variations of this dosa recipe. One is serve in mumbai and nearby region which is very different recipe than the authentic recipe.

I can say I am sharing very close version of authentic recipe. This Mysore dosa is the recipe version serves in Bangalore and Mysore region.
You need to prepare Three Major parts to prepare final dosa.
first is dosa batter.Second part is Mysore chutney- heart of the dosai recipe.And third part is Potato masala.
I have Created 2 separate posts just because you can easily read the recipe without any confusion OR any Miss.Two posts are Mysore chutney and Potato masala before on blog.
Though i have not shared batter recipe yet but i will update it soon.

Recipe Details for making Mysore Masala Dosai below:

  Recipe Maisore dosa-how to make Mysore masala dosa

Prep Time :20 min including chutney and potato preparation
Cook Time :20 min
Total Time :40 min

Cuisine : South indian

    1. Add salt and 1 tbsp Oil in batter and mix well. This will help you to make your dosa sift and crispy.
    2. Heat your dosa pan.
    3. Spread some oil.
    4. Now using spatula ,Spread dosa batter gently on hot tava.
    5. Spread chutney on that.
    6. Spread potato masala on that.
    7. Cook dosai on medium flame until golden brown.Cover one side.
    8. Serve hot with sambar and chutney.
      • You can use ready made batter.
      • To make batter at home for this measure ment, Soak 2 cups rice and 1 cup urad dal. Crush them to a fine paste and ferment them.
