Leftover Bhaji Sandwich-Easy and Quick breakfast recipe

My today's recipe is specially dedicated to pavbhaji lover and mommy readers.every-time you make pavbhaji, you might face a problem to make best from that left over.I am in the same boat. My yesterday dinner menu was pavbhaji and as always i have got some leftover bhaji.

I am such a big fan of pavbhaji. I include pavbhaji in my next day lunch menu as well from my childhood days. Most of the time i don't need to worry about leftover as it will definitely in my next day menu as well.
When i prepared pavbhaji yesterday, for the very first time,I was thinking to make most from this leftover bhaji. The result is Bhaji Sandwich. For us,bhaji sandwich becomes most drametic indo-western breakfast. The result is just yummicious and so that i am sharing my experiment with you guys.
I don't think it is perfect tiffin recipe because pavbhaji will not remain fresh till afternoon without refrigerator. But you guys can have it in your break fast.I recommend you to please store pavbhaji in refrigerator so that it remains fresh.
Overall, this is simple and quick recipe.
