One pot meal combo is up on blog.It may be strange but YES i am such a BIG fan of khichadi recipes and i always prefer khichdi in my dinner. Best Khichdi should be liquidy and creamy in consistency.If khichadi meets its perfect texture,you will definitely like to have it plain as well.
A bowl of dal-khichadi is full of vitamins and probably the best food while you are on diet*. It is very easy to digest. I Love to include this recipe in my diet plan...
Khichadi can be made with one dal or combination of two dals as well.I think Today's dal-khichadi is the perfect meal specially when you are not in the mood to cook OR you want such a light and healthy food.
One can not imagine dal khichadi without onions.But i really wanted to avoid spiciness so i made it without it and give the name to the recipe as " Jain Dal-Khichadi"
