Mango-ice cream
Mango ice cream without milk-step by step photos
It is the season of the "King of Fruits"-Mangoes. I am here to share another summer cool Recipe.Mango Ice cream.I have shared Mango Icecream Recipe with milk on blog before. That was a quite Long process to make icecream. Many of you asked me so many question about churning and ice crystals through mails and messages on facebook.

I have an other version of ice cream ,Which is quick to make,Creamier in texture because there is only 1% of chance to have ice crystals in this recipe.
You can try this No-churn mango ice cream at-least one time and See weather you liked the taste of it or not.I actualy like my mommy's Recipe always but i can have this as well.I have used this ice cream in milkshakes as well.
No-cook,No churn ice cream ice cream will need only 3 ingredients. Cream , mango pulp and sugar. Please not that i have not used GMS-CMC powder as well. Also this is Egg-less recipe so vegans can have this without any hesitation.
For this recipe you should use good quality heavy whipping cream . I have shared home-made whipped cream recipe here but honestly i don't have any idea how it works on This Recipe because i have used Amul Whipped Cream here.I will share my that experience soon once i used.

At last,I have seen so many Summer cool Recipes on fellow bloggers's space. That was amazing. You did a great job friends.
