Tomato-Garlic chutney-Very Basic yet much needed recipe
Hope your holi celebration was fantastic and your looong weekend is going good.Mine is going good too.
The recipe i am sharing today is chutney or kinda spicy indian dip recipe. I keep this chutney 7 days a week in my refrigerator and it works best as condiment in some curry.
Me and Mr.hubby can not imagine the meal without chutney. So, there is always either Garlic chutney , Coriander chutney OR this Tomato-garlic chutney resides in my fridge.

This chutney is easy to prepare and used very basic ingredients. There is not need to go outside for finding specific ingredient.
Also, You can store this chutney for 5-6 days in air tight container in refrigerator.I found this chutney very handy while making any curry recipes that have garlic flavor. In easy words,  I use this chutney as garlic paste in most of y subji recipes.
You can also use this chutney in sandwiches and vada pav as well.
So friends do give a try...

You can USE this chutney in Recipes like Ragda Patties ,Papdi Chat ,OR Aloo Tikki chat
