Wheat Pancakes - Mitha Pudla with step-wise pictures
Heyyaaa foodies,
I don't know what happens to my blog but suddenly it wasn't showing pages of my blog past few days. Anyways that issue has been solved now.So i am feeling happy and mission is accomplished now.
The recipe i am sharing today is quite simple and very healthy too . ;p Actually it is the Easiest recipe as well.
You may heard about gram chilla (gram flour pancakes) which is made using the combination of some vegetables and is savoury in taste. This version is made using Whole wheat flour.
I am Not a big fan of any kind of pancakes :( .but sometimes it is a quick way to fill your empty tummy. When you google about pancakes you will get lot of recipes that uses eggs as well. However this recipe is quite simple so this will not turn fluffy.
To make pancakes sweet, I am using jaggery here. You can use Sugar as well.Baking soda is used to get quite soft texture.
This is perfect recipe for breaking your tea time hunger If and ONLY if you are pancakes lover. It is a less oil recipe So perfect for your breakfast as well. If you follow a strict diet then i will recommend you to use a small amount of jaggery and avoid sugar.
Hope You will like this recipe.

        1. Hi +Tonya C, It may be difficult to get Jaggery on International store but you may check indian spices section there .But you can always use jaggery substitute like Dark Brown Sugar,Palm Jaggery , Maxican Piloncillo and Muscovado sugar as well.OR you can even Use Regular white sugar.
          Thank you... Hope it Helps
