When your are preparing rice recipes, It is always appreciated to soak Rice for at-least 30 min.It will make your rice more fluffy and white.I always Use Basmati rice in My recipes and here i am using Dawat Basmati rice.
I always use Home-made Clarified Butter(Ghee) to prepare tadka.I am using Shahi Jeera here but you can use normal Cumins as well.Shahi Jeera has veri prominent flavor so you can not add too much..
The basic method Of this recipe is,
To prepare tadka first ,and then boil rice along with tadka.Kindly follow the steps given below,
