I am enjoying my role as a food blogger a lot now a days.Blogging has changed lot of things in my regular life. It transform me to be in more punctual person. Unlike before, i was getting more Punctual about the end result of my recipe. No matter how many times i failed in my experiments,But I keep trying and trying. Blogging has taught me very important lesson of my life-" Not to Give up". Well, I am now coming back to my recipe post.
I have so many variations of Gobi to share here but as of now i am sharing this common recipe which is perfect for Every day meal.
I want to make it very simple so avoid frying step. There are many people who follows different preparation method like they first deep fry gobi pieces and then use them in curry. But i am directly using pieces in recipe.
The HERO of this recipe is Ginger. Ginger has very prominent flavor which makes this Subji refreshing. You may adjust the flavors according to your taste.
The rest of the ingredients i used is very common like onions, tomatoes etc.
One more thing i wanted to note here is, I am using Homemade Frozen Green Peas here.you can always use fresh instead. This recipe comes under "Dry-Subji" category.I have got inspiration to cook this Indian subji on the spot after reading cauliflower drama by my sweet fellow blogger Cheri.Though my recipe is totally different but after reading this post,I started feeling like-I was literally craving for gobi, I should make something with cauliflower ASAP.:p
