You must got an idea on this recipe post by reading its name. It is Lasniya bataka. It is road side snack - street food recipe you found in gujrat specially in kathiyawad . It is served with fried papads or fryums. we called it "bhungda- bateta " where Bhungda means Rice crackers and bateta means Garlicky potatoes.
As name suggest, The main ingredient of the dish is Garlic. This is very simple recipe with least ingredient list.
This is kinda chaat recipe famous in saurashtra region.This is Super Spicy recipe. This is dry subji recipe with no gravy but if you want to have lasniya bateta with chapati then you can add tomatoes and water mixture to make gravy.
I like this dry and spicy version which is perfect for winter.
