On 4th day, I am sharing few quick tips . I hope you are enjoying this theme running on blog.

  1. Coconuts have a high amount of medium chain fatty acids. They help to increase the rate of metabolism in the body.
  2. Black Pepper is natural antibiotic,given its high vitamin C content.It helps lessen harmfull free radical reaction in the body.
  3. Papaya is rich in beta-carotene.It help boost the immune system and assists the body to function properly.
  4. Lotus roots Have a high content of iron and copper.They are instrumental in stimulating blood circulation and help decrease the risk of anaemia.
