Hey friends, I am having so much fun.
It is second day .
I thought i should share some quick health-tips and here they are.
I shared few facts about fenugreek yesterday.


  1. Thyme is beneficial for people suffering from high blood pressure.It contains an aqueous extract which lowers blood pressure.
  2. You can use Rosemary oil to treat dental problems. The oil has astringent and antibacterial properties which helps to cure bad breath.
  3. Turmeric has many antiseptic properties and helps to provide instant relief to those who suffer from rashes and burns.
  4. Brown rice helps to maintain healthy cholesterol levels in the body because it contains high amount of natural oils.
