The concept of Frappe is instant coffee+ cream.when i google about frappe,i found that it is founded in greek by nescafe representative.I am going to share Recipe with Step by step pictures.
I wanted to make something with Mississippi mud ice cream.I also want something Messy and Crazy.
I add Mississippi mud icecream,Coffee powder and chocolate.Blend them nicely and at last add whipped cream. Garnish them with chocolate sauce.
You know what ,The most important part of this recipe is Homemade Chocolate sauce.I made this from drinking chocolate powder .I have one munch in freeze so i add that also. And last but no the least I am using Baskin robbins Mississippi mud icecream and i love that.

   Mississippi mud and Chocolate Frappe-how to make Chocolate Frappe

Total Time : 10 min
Main Ingredient : milk,Ice Cream and chocolate
Serves : 2
Cuisine :world

  • Milk - 1 cups
  • Mississippi Mud icecream - 1 cup
  • Chocolate Sauce - as per your need
  • Whipped cream - 2 tbsp approx
  • Munch bar - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
Ingredients for chocolate sauce:
  • Drinking chocolate Powder - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 1 tbsp
  1. Prepare Chocolate sauce first.Add Drinking Chocolate Powder and Water.Mix them well. Put it in Freeze.Allow them to set in freeze for 7-8 min.

  2. Meanwhile Blend Coffee powder ,Milk,Sugar and Icecream together.
  3. In serving glass, Drizzle Some chocolate sauce in glass and then add Milk.
  4. At last add whipped cream and garnish with Munch bar and chocolate sauce.

  5. Serve Chilled.
  • I didn't allow Whipped cream to be fully set.however you can use fully seted whipped cream using piping bags.
