Here is an attempt to recreate classic Rajma-Chawal combination to One-pot healthy meal which is perfect for your lunchbox.I tried to make this recipe very simple so Bachelor's -This one is for you guys. :P
The preparation time of this dish is the Time requires to soak Kidney beans (5hours approx) plus 20 min to cook rice and to boil rajma.For Soaking Details Check Out my Soaking and Sprouting Guide.
After preparing these things,just saute masala and mix rice and rajma well.
you can also use left over Rice. I am using Leftover Basamati Rice in this recipe.
