Raita is an Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi side dish - made with Dahi (yogurt - often referred to as curd) together with raw or cooked vegetables, more fruits, or in the case of boondi raita, with fried droplets of batter made from besan (chickpea flour) which is generally labelled as gram flour.
Raita is categorized as Dip recipe.Raita is very simple and quick recipe. I have already share Corn and Capsicum Raita Recipe before.
As i have told,Main ingredient in Raita Recipe is curd and i have also share quick Curd Recipes on this blog before .You can check that also for your reference.
Today's Recipe is Simple Cucumber Raita Topped with Boondi. This is No Cooking Recipe.

Recipe Details below:

Cucumber Raita

Prep Time : 5 min
Cook Time :  0 mins
Total Time : 5 mins
Main Ingredient : Yogurt / Dahi
Serves : 2-3
Cuisine : Indian , Pakistani

Ingredients :
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Cucumber ,Finely chopped - 1 small size
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chili Powder - a pinch
  • Coriander Powder - a pinch
  • Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Method / Assembling:
  1.  Take a mixing Bowl.
  2. Add curd,Cucumber and all masalas.
  3. Mix Them well.
  4. Garnish with Coriander leaves and Boondi.
  5. Serve Chilled.
