I am sharing The Way i make Stufiing whenever i make Dosa. This is Tried and tasted recipe.I will share some other variations as well in future.
Masala dosa is favorite breakfast or brunch recipe at home.It is also listed as one of the most Tasty Recipes of the world.I usually Masala dosa with potato bhaji and coconut chutney.
Potato Bhaji is very simple and quick recipe. The required time for making this bhaji is about 15-20 mins.I sometimes add soaked Chana Dal OR Urad dal in this bhaji.THis bhaji has a sweet flavor of roasted onion.Curry Leaves and Mustard seeds in tempering is Must because this will add unique taste and flavor.
At last,Freshly chopped Coriander is added .I can't Explain The flavor of This Coriander in Words.
