Gujrati Liquid Dals are famous because of its sweet and savory taste.Gujraties normaly use toor dal(pigeon splits) in their recipes while making any liquid dal  and dry moong dal subji which i already share is also very famous with 'Aam ka ras'.
This liquis dal is quite thin in consistency and sweet in taste. fresh lemon juice gives the excellent savory taste into this dal which complement the best with its sweetness.
