Mooli Paratha is one of the most delicious recipe from the land of punjab.They are served as breakfast in punjabi families.
While preparing stuffing,squeeze juice from the grated mooli otherwise Paratha might break.You can use mooli juice in your dough. 
This is Stuffed Version of mooli paratha Recipe.I dont think it is difficult to make stuffed paratha recipe.Whenever you Make any Stuffed Paratha Recipe,Make Sure that your dough Shold be very soft Otherwise your paratha will break.
Kids Usually doesn't like radish at all. So you can feed them by making this recipe.

Mooli Paratha

 Prep Time : 20 mins
Cook Time : 20 mins
Total Time : 40 mins
Main Ingredient : Radish OR Mooli
Serves : 3
Cuisine : Punjab

Ingredients For Stuffing: 

  • Radish / Mooli ,Grated- 1 large size
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green Chilli Paste - 2 tsp
  • Red chili Powder - a pinch
  • Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  • Garam Masala - a Pinch
  • Fresh Coriander,finelly chopped - 1 tsp
  • Potato,boiled - 1 small size (Optional)
Ingredients for Dough:
  • Whole Wheat Flour - 3 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter -for roasting
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Radish Juice (optional)

Method / Assembling:

  1. Squeeze grated radish very well to extract juice. keep radish and its juice in separate bowl.
  2. Now, Add all masalas of Stuffing including grated radish and mix them well.
  3. keep it aside.
  4. Add Radish juice into the bowl.Add whole wheat,salt,oil and prepare a fine soft dough.
  5. Divide Dough into a small portion and make a ball.Also make small balls of stuffing.
  6. Prepare small Roti.
  7. Place stuffing in the center of roti.
  8. Cover Suffing With Roti.and Make nice Round Paratha.
  9. Roast Paratha with butter.
  10. Serve Hot.
Note:
  • You can avoid radish juice in flour mixture.
  • You can even use all purpose flour with wheat flour as well. (use equally)
  • You can avoid butter in roasting.instead of that you can use oil.
  • You can avoid Potato in stuffing.I just add it because of my liking. 


This Paratha Goes best With Aloo Methi , Aloo Matar , Kaju Curry
